Another week in which the numbers don't tell the whole story. Yes, I am disappointed that I only lost about a quarter of a pound this week. But...

This morning I weighed in at below 280 for the first time in modern memory. Certainly for the first time in several years. The past four days have trended strongly in that directly. Unfortunately the first three days of the week I ballooned up several pounds and I don't really know why. Honestly, Tuesday I was 3 pounds heavier than I had been on Monday, despite the fact that on Monday I had gotten plenty of exercise and had not overeaten. Bodies are weird.

So anyway, I choose to focus more on the fact that overall trend for the week was net-positive, and that the specific number for the day has me finally crushing past the 280 brick wall that I have been banging my head against for weeks. Yay!
